After placing your order, you will receive clear instructions explaining how to package and send your inclusion safely.

Only a small amount of ash is needed for most ashes necklaces. You do not need to send all the ashes in your possession.

Ashes, hair, fur, whiskers and other inclusions should be placed in a small, securely sealed bag. This bag should then be placed inside a second protective bag and clearly labeled with your name and order number.

Once your inclusion has arrived, we will begin creating your necklace by hand. Any unused ashes, hair, fur or other material will be carefully returned with your completed jewelry.
