We are Oscar and Bregje, the people behind Lumora Keepsakes.
Lumora was born from a very personal place. After the passing of Bregje’s mother, we discovered how deeply meaningful the smallest things can become. A handwritten card. A piece of clothing. A strand of hair. The things that once felt ordinary suddenly became precious, tangible reminders of love, connection, and a life that continues to be felt in many small ways.
During that time, we learned that grief is often carried in the details. In the things we hold onto. In the little pieces of someone that help us feel close, even when life has changed forever.
That is why we started Lumora Keepsakes: to help others preserve their most meaningful memories in a beautiful, personal, and lasting way.

At Lumora, we create handmade memorial jewelry using personal inclusions such as ashes, hair, fur, dried flowers, fabric, and other meaningful materials. Each piece is carefully made in our home atelier with patience, respect, and attention to detail.

Honoring what was, celebrating what is
As parents of five children, with our sixth baby on the way, we also know that keepsake jewelry is not only about remembering loss. It can also be about celebrating life, motherhood, birth, and the beautiful seasons that pass so quickly.
Bregje breastfed all of our children, and through that experience we understood how powerful and emotional that chapter can be. Breastfeeding can be tender, exhausting, intimate, difficult, beautiful, or all of those things at once. It is a part of motherhood that many people want to remember in a tangible way.
That is why we also create breastmilk jewelry: delicate keepsakes made to celebrate the bond between mother and child. A breastmilk necklace, breastmilk ring, or custom motherhood keepsake can become a lasting reminder of a chapter that may feel ordinary while you are living it, but deeply precious once it has passed.
Handmade in our home atelier
Every Lumora piece is made by hand in our home atelier. We do not mass-produce our jewelry. Each keepsake is created individually, using your own inclusions and your chosen design.
We know how much trust it takes to send us something so personal. That is why every inclusion is handled with care, respect, and full attention. Ashes, hair, fur, dried flowers, fabric, and other personal materials are treated with dignity throughout the entire process.
Any unused inclusions are returned with your finished jewelry whenever possible, with the exception of breastmilk, which is used and preserved during the creation process.
