Shipping Policy

At Lumora, every order is handled with care. Shipping times depend on the type of jewelry you order and whether your piece is made with personal inclusions, engraved, or ready to ship without personalization.

Jewelry made with personal inclusions

For jewelry made with your personal inclusions, such as ashes, breastmilk, hair, dried flowers, fabric, umbilical cord, fur, or other meaningful materials, we can only begin creating your piece once we have received your inclusions.

After placing your order, you will receive instructions on how to safely send your inclusions to us. Please follow these instructions carefully to help avoid delays.

Once we have received your inclusions, your jewelry will be handcrafted within one week and then shipped to you.

Engraved jewelry and non-personalized jewelry

For engraved jewelry or jewelry without personal inclusions, there is no additional production lead time. These items are shipped within 2 business days after your order has been placed.

Estimated shipping times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit times are:

  • Within Europe: 1–5 business days
  • Outside Europe: 3–5 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information

Tracking information will be added to your order once it has been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details, so you can follow your package during transit.

Shipping delays

We do our best to prepare and ship every order within the stated timeframes. However, Lumora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays or failed delivery.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lumorakeepsakes.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, customs duties and import charges are included. This means you will not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery for these destinations.

For orders shipped to other countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Please note that Lumora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
