By sending inclusions to Lumora, you confirm that the materials provided are your own or that you have the legal right and permission to send them to us for use in your keepsake jewelry.

Customers are responsible for following the instructions we provide for packaging and sending inclusions. While we handle all inclusions with care, Lumora cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused during shipping to our workshop.

Any unused inclusions will be returned with your completed order whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before placing an order, including product type, size, material, finish, engraving, and any personalization choices.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because our keepsake jewelry is custom made using personal inclusions, completed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, as described in our Return Policy.
